Furan No-Bake(FNB) Process

Our furan resins and catalysts are consisted for getting the best working effectiveness from core and mold. It is also no-bake binder that can minimize waste sand because more than min. 95% of casting sand can be recycled and used repeatedly. Our products are possible to obtain a stable cure rate, a high mold strength and surface stability at various operating conditions.
